Now, I'm not exactly invested in a particular  side of this Ferguson argument (for better or worse)(at least I know what's going on)...

...I'm plagued with a lingering question. After reading THIS, I find myself wondering why it's called a "grand" jury when it seems the least grand of all the juries.

And for the record I can see why people (yes, all types, colors, and sizes) are burn shit down angry. Not just stand there silent and get in the way angry.
